Quick-start guides and common fixes for your Tennink e-paper scoreboard setup with three 7.5-inch displays.

Quick Start (5 minutes)

  1. Charge the scoreboard fully with USB-C before first use.
  2. Install the Tennink app on Android and enable Bluetooth.
  3. Open the app, choose New Match, then tap Connect Scoreboard.
  4. Select your device name from the Bluetooth list.
  5. Start scoring; the physical board updates instantly.

If pairing fails

  1. Keep the phone within 5 meters of the scoreboard.
  2. Make sure location permission is enabled for Bluetooth scan.
  3. Restart Bluetooth on your phone and power-cycle the scoreboard.
  4. Remove old pairing entries and reconnect in the app.

Live match sync issues

  1. Confirm mobile data or Wi-Fi is available.
  2. Keep the app open in foreground during critical points.
  3. Share a fresh QR code link with spectators.
  4. Update to the latest app version for sync fixes.
